Such a Stud

Look what my man made for breakfast this morning:

Eggs Francisco

Toasted Ciabatta bread topped with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, avocados, bacon, and melted cheese. This dish was inspired by one that Andrew always gets at Kerbey Lane Cafe (an awesome restaurant here in Austin) although Andrew wants you to know that the original is served on an English muffin and not Ciabatta bread.

It was sooooooooooooooooo good!

Our newest friend

Take a look at this guy:

He flew into our backyard this evening while Jamison and her mom and I were on the back porch talking -- when I ran inside to get the camera he got spooked and flew over to our rooftop, just above our bedroom and looking over our back yard.

We got a lot of pictures, but since it was dark and we don't have a great zoom lens on the Nikon yet, this was the best we could get.

Baby Got Baptized

Yesterday Judah Andrew Brunone was baptized...unlike Isaac's baptism, mommy had a say in Judah's wardrobe, and he was allowed to wear the cap (or "bonnet" as Andrew would say) along with his short-alls.

Behold, the bonnet:

The AWESOME after-party: (you can't see any of the other fun events going on, but this picture is the epitome of baptism party greatness.:)

28 and Awesome--"I'm on a Boat"

I turned 28 on Thursday, and my birthday wish was to be on a boat with my suga', snacking on cheese and wine, kid free.

Andrew took the day off and made my dreams come true--we had SO MUCH FUN!! If you were on lake Travis and you heard someone going, "WHOOOHOOOHOOO!!!" as they sped over the waves it was ME, girlfriend.

We didn't take too many pics, but here's proof of the day:

A smile for a present. :)

"Happy-a-Birthday Mooooommma"

I'm on a BOAT!

With this guy!

Three Isaac Funnies, to start your day off Right

--This morning I changed Isaac's diaper. He smelled my coffee breath and said, "Mommy drink coffee" then he patted my arm with great understanding and said, "that's good, Momma."

--At breakfast Isaac informed me that W is for Walrus....and for Wion. We are still working on his L's, I guess. :)

--As he was getting down from his high chair, Isaac started singing the RUF tune "Help my Unbelief"', only he thinks the words are "Help my mooooooooooooooommy leave." Okay, he IS a daddy's boy, but I really think he doesn't know what he's saying.

hahahaha!
Yall have a great weekend!!

Here is a picture of my father-in-law, Dom Brunone, when he was one month old:
